All the worldly leaders and all the presidents
All the rich and powerful and all the posh elite
Will God even notice little ol’ me?
I work hard to make a living, don't wanna land up on the street

But there are so many who are so much more in need

But the ways of God are not of man, He sees things differently
He came to earth as one of us and gave His life for me
His love heals my brokenness, His Word lights my path
His blood has made me clean and I'm pardoned from His wrath
He rose from the grave and gave me life eternally
He gave His Spirit to me and set my spirit free
He began a work in me that He'll see through to the end

But struggles don’t seem so bad and troubles even less
'cause God is always with me even when I’m in distress
